Surajit Basu - Head, Delivery & Pre-sales

Surajit Basu is an IT consultant with over 20 years of experience in design, development and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions in different industries, especially insurance. With his broad range of technical experience, project management skills across the entire lifecycle of IT solutions,and cross-cultural management and leadership skills, he has managed several projects from conceptualisation to execution. Working closely with insurance companies such as Max New York Life, Canara HSBC OBC Life Insurance, Edelweiss Tokio Mario Life Insurance, L&T Insurance, Allianz AG General Insurance, Mitsui Marine Insurance, Sumitomo Fire & General Insurance, Tokio Marine General, Standard Life and HDFC Life, Basu has led over 20 enterprise-wide projects across Asia-Pacific - including Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Pakistan and India. Basu received his B. Tech in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur, and his MBA from IIM Calcutta. He has published several papers on Insurance practices in a variety of journals.

Kumar Chinnappan- Head, New Initiatives

Kumar is an IT consultant with over 17 years of experience in IT Industry. This includes Design/Architecture, development and Implementation of various insurance software products as well as DW/BI solutions. He has extensive pre-sales and delivery experience in the ASEAN countries, India, Hong Kong and Taiwan in the Insurance[Life, P&C] and Telecom domains. He has executed multiple Insurance Product Implementation projects and Insurance/Telecom DW[Data Warehousing] / BI [Business Intelligence] projects. He is one of the Founder Member of Ibexi Solutions. He is an Engineering graduate with MBA from IIM, Bangalore.

Anil Juriasingani - Country Manager, Singapore

Anil is an IT consulting professional with expertise in the life insurance and property & casualty domains. With more than 12 years of experience in insurance, Anil has handled projects including core PAS implementation, BI/DWH and consulting across the APAC geography. Anil has experience in design and analysis of enterprise-wide insurance solutions. Some of the clients he has worked on are HDFC Standard Life, Birla Sunlife, Reliance, L&T Insurance, Dai-ichi, Direct Asia. He is currently focussed on growing IBEXI's footprint in the APAC region. Anil is an engineering graduate with post graduation in business management specialising in finance from University of Mumbai.

Sadasivan Kalidas is an IT Consultant with more than 18 years of experience in consulting, design, development and project management of software solutions - mostly in Insurance industry. He has extensive experience in solution designing and architecture, IT Project Management, Process Management along the SDLC, ITIL frame work, system integration, vendor management, client relationship management, operations management, configuration management, business requirement analysis, system design & development, life cycle & build management, stress functional and regression testing. Anand Sriram is an IT professional with over 18 years of techno-functional experience, in Insurance, Banking, Health care & eGovernance domains. He has rich experience in product development, consulting, managing large development and maintenance projects in the Onsite Offshore model across various geographies and has executed projects for clients like National Bank of Bahrain, Yorkshire Building Society, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Royal Bank of Canada -Insurance. Ketan Gandhi - Senior Consultant
